If, for some reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before scheduled appointment time.
Referral Doctors
Our office accepts a variety of different insurance carriers. Please call our office and our staff will help determine your dental benefit as estimated by your insurance carrier. While your health care or dental insurance will cover some of the cost of your treatment, it may not cover all of it. As a courtesy, we accept assignment of benefits, and do our best to accurately determine the amount the insurer will pay. The remaining balance is the responsibility of the patient and is expected at the time treatment is provided.
